Why Is Great-Grandmother Spending So Much Time in Prison?

Mary Montoya, great-grandmother and retired CPA, spends about 40 hours a week volunteering in the chapel at the SD State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls primarily for the Native American inmates. She just passed her 18th anniversary of doing this. Mary had the pleasure of working alongside Mark Sanderson for many years.

A long-time advocate for “Sharing the Dream in Guatemala” will share where it is today. Craft products are handmade by Mayan artisans using many traditional techniques. Purchasing these crafts not only provides work for these artisans, but the profits go to support community development projects in Guatemala. Come and learn how you can get involved.
