All Souls friend Jerry Fogg will offer a prayer and smudging as invocation at the City Council meeting this Tuesday followed by the Mayor’s proclamation of Native American Day in Sioux Falls (for Monday, October 9 which the much of the nation calls Columbus Day). Accepting the proclamation will be Lakota-Dakota-Nakota representatives from Sioux Falls. All Souls members are encouraged to attend to demonstrate our support and to honor our Lakota-Dakota-Nakota brothers and sisters.
