Come join us at 9:00 AM on Sundays downstairs for a 30 minute meditation class and practice. We will be discussing meditation, possibly doing some very light stretching to begin, and then practicing a guided or silent meditation for 15 minutes or more. Mike Huber and Amanda Johnson will be leading the class and meditation, and others are welcome to lead in the future. Michael and Amanda both have incorporated a meditation practice into their lives for several years and find it to be extremely beneficial in connecting with presence and carrying that presence into daily living.
