March 4 – Making Compassion a Verb

By definition, the word compassion is a noun meaning “sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.”  It also happens to be part of the seven principles of Unitarian Universalism.  In some instances many of us my feel helpless when our desire to show compassion in a verbal sense is at its peak.  Dan Davis will share examples of how one might most effectively accomplish this goal.
