Guest speaker, Gene Dickey, will speak about his journey of having kidney disease that led to two separate kidney transplants in less than four years. This experience not only lead to a new career as the Community Outreach Manager for the National Kidney Foundation, it brought a whole new outlook on life and other humans. His first kidney came from his uncle, and the second from an anonymous donor much sooner than he ever expected. Gene has had an impact on hundreds of individuals throughout the Midwest because of his incredible energy and enthusiasm to share this story of human kindness and transformation not only in Sioux Falls but on the road.
