Guided Meditation Meditation Class Come join us at 9:00 AM on Sundays downstairs for a 30 minute meditation class and practice. We will discuss meditation, possibly do some very light stretching to begin, and then practice a guided or silent meditation for 15 minutes or more. |

Worship Service with Joy Hembel The Place of Music Long-time UU Joy Hembel will share her reflections on the place of music, both in her life and in the life of the churches she has attended. Joy was raised in various protestant churches, became a UU around 1990, and is currently a member of our Sioux Falls All Souls Church where she chairs the Worship Team. Come and reflect about the role of music in our lives and learn about some of our UU hymns and their composers. |
