Guided Meditation Meditation Class Come join us at 9:00 AM on Sundays downstairs for a 30 minute meditation class and practice. We will discuss meditation, possibly do some very light stretching to begin, and then practice a guided or silent meditation for 15 minutes or more. |

Worship Service with Joy Hembel My UU Journey Joy Hembel will share her reflections on why she became, and continues to be, a UU. She will describe some of her experiences at the three different UU congregations where she has been a member and explain why she continues to be a member of the denomination. Joy Hembel has been a UU since 1993. She has belonged to, and been active in, three very different UU congregations across the US. She is most grateful that the UU Church has given her so much more than she feels she has given to it. (Editor’s note: the last statement is debatable considering all she has contributed to All Souls.) |
