Guided Meditation Meditation Class Come join us at 9:00 AM on Sundays downstairs for a 30 minute meditation class and practice. We will discuss meditation, possibly do some very light stretching to begin, and then practice a guided or silent meditation for 15 minutes or more. |

Worship Service with Dr. Adrien Hannus The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village Site: Plains Villages and Advent of Agriculture. The topic will broadly discuss the introduction of settled village sites onto the Northern Plains and use specific examples form the MPIV. Dr. Hannus currently is Professor of Anthropology and Director of Archeology at Augustana University. He attended the University of Utah (PhD), Wichita State University (MA), the University of Kansas (School of Law), and Wichita State University (BA). He serves on the Scientific Board of Advisors - Hot Springs Mammoth Site (1989-), the Council of South Dakota Archaeologists (1983-Current), and is on the Board of Directors - Minnehaha Century Fund (1991-). |
