One half of the collection plate offering during September and October will go to South Dakota Parent Connection. The Parent Connection serves as a resource center for information, referrals, and support to families of children with disabilities or special health care needs. Resources are available at no charge. Mariah Lockard carried the banner for Sioux Falls at the Unitarian Universalist Association General Assembly in Kansas City last month. On June 24 the local congregation joined the General Assembly by live stream for the Sunday service.
