Sunday, December 31 – Start the New Year by Being Present

Come join us for Yoga and Tai Chi with Mike Huber and Dan Davis as we “Start the New Year by being present.” Enjoy 45 minutes of basic yoga and tai chi. For beginners, very basic movements. Bring along a yoga mat if you have one.  There will also be a short meditation.   A potluck will follow for all, even if you don’t join the yoga and Tai Chi.
