BIO: Samantha grew up in Sioux Falls in a very conservative family. She has five younger siblings, and has always felt responsible for others. That feeling of responsibility grew and changed as she grew and changed, and responsibility and obligation turned into empathy and love.
She realized that she felt compelled to care for those around her because she feels a deep connection in the shared human experience. Now, as a mother, she feels it is important to demonstrate to her daughter caring for others and protecting civil liberties.
