Longtime All Souler Rev. Peter Holland will share his observations, including those gathered after several years of volunteering at the state penitentiary. A reception for Mato (Standing Soldier) Wayuhi and fundraiser for his charitable organization WO OHITKE will follow at 11 a.m.
