A North Dakota farm boy leaves the farm. He becomes a teacher and then a preacher. Rev Geiszler will look at how past crisis times in his life shaped him into the person he is today.

Walt served as the founding pastor of New Joy Community Church (United Church of Christ) from 2005 until his retirement in 2015. New Joy Community Church was known for supporting “Lunch is Served” and for reaching out to the LGBTQ community in Sioux Falls.
