Words I Wish I Wrote: A Tribute to Robert Fulghum

It was in 1986 that Unitarian Universalist minister Robert Fulghum first became known for Everything I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten.  Fulghum, who will celebrate his 80th birthday in June, continues to write, saying he does so because he wants to be one of those people who “teach us, bless us, encourage us, support us, uplift us in the daily-ness of life.” Debbie Reid will lead our service as we look at some of the ways Fulghum has shared his humor and philosophy since he advised us so wisely to share, play fair, take naps, and eat warm cookies and cold milk.
